Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ListingArena platform, website (listingarena.com), API (api.listingarena.com), or developer documentation (docs.listingarena.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Services and Account Registration

ListingArena provides access to aggregated and normalized real estate data, listings, price history, tax records, and analytics. To access search tools and API endpoints beyond public preview mode, you must register for an account, verify your email, and obtain an API key. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys.

3. Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions

New verified users receive 50 complimentary credits upon registration. Additional credits may be purchased as pay-as-you-go credit packs or via recurring monthly subscriptions. Each property search or property detail API request consumes 1 credit unless otherwise specified in your enterprise agreement. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You may use ListingArena data in accordance with your plan limits for internal business purposes, analytics, underwriting, appraisal, and user-facing software applications. You agree not to:

• Circumvent rate limits, credit deduction mechanisms, or access controls.
• Resell raw bulk database dumps to third parties without prior enterprise licensing authorization.
• Use the service to engage in discriminatory housing practices prohibited by the US Fair Housing Act.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our data infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property and Data Disclaimers

ListingArena normalizes property information from public records, MLS feeds, and approved data syndicators. While we employ rigorous validation algorithms, real estate data is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that listings, prices, or square footage are free from human typographical errors originating from source MLS providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ListingArena, Inc., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
